Your business isn't ready to sell. Who's going to get it there?

Your advisor has told you what needs to change. We turn those findings into a plan, bring in the right people, and run the work while you keep running your business.

Sound familiar?
If you own the business

The broker came back with a seventeen page list and a number lower than you expected. Now it's one more thing on the pile, next to running the company.

If you advise owners

You told a good owner the truth, and then you had to move on. Fixing it isn't your job. Two years later it's the same list and a lower number.

If you left, this thing stops.

One customer is forty percent of your revenue.

Your books won't survive diligence.

There's no management team under you.

You're running on spreadsheets and a twenty year old system.

You've got no contracts with your customers.

Every one of those takes money off the price or kills the deal. Knowing that is not the hard part.

The gap

A list is not a plan. And nobody owns the whole thing.

An advisor can tell you why a buyer will discount the business. A specialist can fix one item. Your team can keep the company running. What nobody does is own the whole body of work: which items matter most, what each will take, what comes first, who does it, and what only you can decide.

So we do. You keep the decisions only you can make. We own everything required to move the work forward.

How it works
1

Assess

Where you are, starting from what your advisor already found and measured against the same standard that turned you down.

2

Prioritize

The handful of items that move your number, what each will take, the order they go in, and what you can realistically carry alongside running the company.

3

Activate

The right specialist on each item, with the schedule, the chasing, and one point of contact. You never manage a vendor.

4

Reassess

A re-score against the standard that turned you down, so you and whoever sent you are looking at the same page.

What you get

It starts with the Blueprint. We take what you were handed, add what we need to know, and turn it into a plan you can run: the items that matter, what each will take, the order, who does what, the decisions only you can make, and how progress gets measured. You keep the plan either way.

Then the Program, in one of two ways, depending on who will drive the work.

With you

You have someone inside who can drive it.

We keep the plan current, sequence the work, and hold you to it.

A working session on a set cadence, and a monthly report to you and the advisor who sent you.

For you

There's nobody. So we run it.

Every specialist, the schedule, the chasing, one point of contact.

You make the decisions only you can make. We do the rest, and report monthly on where it stands.

For advisors

What do you do with the ones you turn down?

If you're an M&A advisor, a business broker, an investment banker, or you do valuations, you meet owners who aren't ready every week. You tell them what has to change, and then you have to move on. Most of them never do it.

We're where you send them.

You keep the relationship. How we handle the owner in between is agreed with you, per referral.
You get the re-score: a measured basis for the next conversation about the deal.
You get first look when they're ready.
Questions

How much of my time?

About four hours a month. One working session and a few decisions. If you're doing more than that, we're doing it wrong.

What if it still doesn't sell?

Then the list is done, the discounts are gone, and you own a stronger business than you had. We can't promise a buyer or a number. We can show you each reason they said no, and whether it's still there.

Who actually does the work?

Specialists we've already vetted, one per discipline, brought in only where the Blueprint says they're needed. Not every business needs every expert. We bring them, we manage them, you meet them once.

What does my advisor see?

The plan at the start, if you want them to have it, and the re-score at the end. Everything in between is agreed with the advisor who sent you, so nobody is surprised.

Next step

You know there's work to do. Let's find out what it takes.
